Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Nairobi city tour
On arrival, meet the driver guide who will brief you about the safari. Take a short city tour of Nairobi, visiting places like local markets, religious centers, the railway museum, art galleries, and more.
Later, check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Fly to Masai Mara and game drive
After breakfast, the driver guide will transfer you to the airstrip to catch a charter flight to Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy great views of the Great Rift Valley from the air.
The flight takes about one hour. On arrival, check in at the lodge and have lunch. Later, go for an evening game drive to see animals like the Big Five – rhinos, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and lions. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Full-day game drive in Masai Mara
Spend the day exploring the plains of Masai Mara with a full-day game drive. Stop at places like the riverbank to watch animals coming to drink water.
Look out for the wildebeest migration along with zebras. Enjoy a picnic lunch, bush breakfast, or evening tea in the wild. You will also see hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and more. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Fly to Serengeti National Park
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Serengeti in Tanzania. Serengeti National Park is one of the most visited parks in Africa because of its large number of animals, including many predators.
On arrival, you can choose to take an evening game drive to enjoy the sunset and wildlife. Later, head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5-6: Serengeti exploration tour
Spend two days exploring the plains of Serengeti through game drives. You can also choose to go on a hot air balloon safari to enjoy an aerial view of the animals.
Watch the wildebeest migration, one of the wonders of the world, and see how predators and other animals interact in the wild. Enjoy sunrise and sunset moments and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight each day.
Day 7: To Ngorongoro for game drive and fly back to Arusha, Tanzania
In the morning, transfer to Ngorongoro for a game drive around the crater rim. Enjoy a picnic lunch while viewing the wildlife.
After the game drive, fly back to Arusha for your departure flight back home.
