Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up at Arusha and depart for Serengeti
Enjoy an early breakfast before starting your drive to Serengeti National Park via the northern circuit. Travel through the farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, then proceed to the heart of Serengeti.
Seronera, the central part of Serengeti, has many wild animals. Arrive early and take a short game drive before checking in at your lodge for rest, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Wildebeest Migration experience in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, leave your lodge or camp with enough drinking water and a packed lunch. Spend the day watching the wildebeest migration and looking for the Big Five and other animals.
Besides wildebeests, you may see buffaloes, rhinos, giraffes, gazelles, zebras, elephants, leopards, and many others.
Stop for a picnic lunch before continuing the afternoon game drive. Return to your lodge or camp in the evening to relax, have dinner, and rest.
Day 3: Full day in Serengeti National Park
Wake up early, enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee, and meet your guide for another full day in the plains of Serengeti. Watch the Great Migration and thousands of other grazing animals.
One of the most exciting parts of the migration is the river crossing, where herds of wildebeests and other animals try to cross while crocodiles wait to catch them.
Day 4: Departure
After pick up from your lodge or camp, take a final game drive to see early morning wildlife. Then drive back to Arusha through the countryside.
On arrival in Arusha, you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or airport for your departure.
