Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Nairobi National Park

You will be picked up from Nairobi and transferred to Nairobi National Park, located about 7 km from the city. This park was established in 1946 and is fenced on three sides, with the southern side open to allow wildlife migration.

The park is home to animals like black rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and many more.

Enjoy a game drive in the park to spot these animals and take memorable photos.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its large flocks of flamingos and many predators. Upon arrival, go for a game drive where you will see hippos, black and white rhinos, zebras, waterbucks, giraffes, gazelles, and more.

Birdwatchers will enjoy seeing species like flamingos, woodpeckers, grey crowned cranes, Abyssinian thrush, and others. Later, head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy another morning game drive in Lake Nakuru, then begin your journey to Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the largest protected areas in Kenya.

This park is home to animals like lions, cheetahs, rhinos, elephants, and buffaloes.

Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the Masai Mara plains.

Day 4: Full-day game drive in Masai Mara

Spend the whole day exploring the plains of Masai Mara. This is your chance to witness the wildebeest migration along with zebras, which often attract predators like lions, cheetahs, foxes, and vultures.

You will also see animals such as elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, leopards, hippos, giraffes, zebras, and many more. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Fly to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip and fly to Amboseli National Park. This park is known for its large herds of elephants and clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.

Enjoy the scenic flight and, upon arrival, begin exploring the park. Animals you may spot include leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, lions, crocodiles, hyrax, dik-dik, lesser kudu, and others.

Day 6: Full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a full day of game viewing in Amboseli. Look out for wildlife such as leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, crocodiles, mongooses, hyrax, dik-dik, and lesser kudu.

Bird species include black-winged kite, African harrier-hawk, palm-nut vulture, bearded vulture, Egyptian vulture, European honey-buzzard, and many more.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Transfer to Nairobi and departure

After breakfast, you may enjoy an optional activity before starting your drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, the driver will drop you at the airport for your flight back home.
