Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Explore Nairobi city, visit Nairobi National Park
Early morning pick-up from your hotel. Drive through Nairobi city while enjoying the view of local markets and business centers. Head to Nairobi National Park.
Enjoy a tasty lunch in the park. After lunch, go for a game drive in Nairobi National Park where you may see bushbucks, elands, zebras, leopards, and more.
The park also offers beautiful scenery perfect for photography. Spend the whole afternoon in the park until sunset, then return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Transfer to Amboseli National Park, game drive
Have an early breakfast and begin the journey to Amboseli National Park. The drive takes about three and a half hours.
On arrival, check in at the lodge and relax while enjoying the view of the park from the balcony of your tented camp. Lunch will be served at the lodge.
In the afternoon, explore Amboseli National Park to see the animals and enjoy the views of Mount Kilimanjaro. This offers perfect moments for photography.
Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, start the drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive takes about six and a half hours. On arrival, enjoy lunch at the lodge.
After lunch, go for a game drive in the park. Look out for animals like rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, and the famous birdlife, especially flamingos and secretary birds at the shores of the lake.
Enjoy the lake view in the evening before heading to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Travel to Masai Mara National Reserve
Have breakfast and begin the drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey takes about 4 to 5 hours.
After lunch, relax at the lodge while enjoying the view of the park. You can walk around the lodge to see animals that often come nearby like warthogs, baboons, and waterbucks, as well as enjoy the wide view of the savannah.
Day 5: Horseback riding and evening game drive
After breakfast, enjoy horseback riding inside the park, guided by a game ranger. This gives you a special chance to see wildlife while riding through the park.
The horseback ride continues until noon. Then return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, go for a game drive in the Mara Triangle where you may see wildebeests, the big five animals, jackals, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge by 6:00 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Fly to Diani Beach and explore Mombasa
After breakfast, head to the nearby airstrip to catch a flight to Diani Beach on the Indian Ocean. On arrival, explore the beach, enjoy beach games like soccer, swim, or relax on the sand.
After lunch, visit the nearby towns of Mombasa coast and learn about their history, including stories from the time of the slave trade. Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Visit Fort Jesus and transfer to Nairobi

At around 10:00 AM, begin the journey back to Nairobi, which takes about 8 hours.
